• Avoid placing your woodcraft in direct sunlight or near heat sources, as this can cause fading and cracking.

• Additionally, consider using coasters under drinks to prevent rings and stains.

• Finally, store your woodcraft in a stable environment with consistent humidity and temperature to help preserve its integrity.

Delivery & Returns

• GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
  Orders will be posted via Royal Mail 48h or any similar service but not least appropriate and secure delivery. We will use a signed delivery service (where possible) to ensure that your order is sent quickly and the most information is available if there is a postal delay. Shipping outside of the UK Mainland is currently not available.
  We would like to highlight that this part of the delivery is out of our control and we are unable to influence whether or not your item is delayed

• STANDARD ORDERS DISPATCH
  We are targeting to dispatch your order (all standard orders) within 3-5 days after payment is received.

• SPECIAL & LARGE ORDERS DISPATCH
  For all non-standard orders or large orders, we will contact you with estimated shipping terms if order preparation takes a longer time. To provide some additional savings on shipping, we might split your order (where the weight is over 2 kg) into multiple parcels or ship via an alternative courier.

• RETURNS
  No Returns are accepted.
